I can’t tell you how many paid ads I’ve seen on Facebook lately where it’s clear that no one is monitoring the comments section.
Paid social content performs similarly to organic social, in that users can comment… and sometimes, those comments can be less than favorable. Ignoring these comments altogether isn’t a great look.
