From Pinterest Novice to QUEEN

I recently started managing a client's already successful Pinterest account, managing both organic content and paid ads for them. I admitedly don't have a ton of Pinterest experience, but I was eager to learn.

I dove right in, did a ton of research, checked out what their competitors were doing, and got to work.

The first ad campaign I ran for this client on Pinterest didn't perform that great. Only 7K views, 1 save and 12 link clicks. So I did some more research, tweaked the creative and the copy, and came up with a new strategy.

Here's where it starts to get good.

The second ad campaign I ran generated 15.5K views, 37 saves and 67 link clicks. For the exact same ad spend.

And since we're humble bragging, that same client has seen growth on the organic front on Pinterest, too. Since taking over their account, they've seen a 13% increase in impressions, 6.4% increase in engagements, 4.2% increase in outbound clicks, and 1.6% increase in pin saves.

You don't need to be an expert in a given platform to find success. You just need to have a dedicated marketing team willing to put in the work.
