Bad ads

Bad ads are my favourite.

Let me explain.

I used to scroll past bad ads and groan. Now, I reach out to the company and pitch myself as their new ads manager.

Here’s what I include in my pitch:

•I point out what they’re doing wrong, and how I can do it better.

•I attach my portfolio, so they can take a look at some of my past work (the results speak for themselves).

•I include my Calendly link, so they can book a free call at a time that’s convenient for them.

I usually follow up a few days later, and nine times out of ten, they end up signing as a client.

You see, most of these small business owners are stretched to the MAX, and don’t have time to figure out Meta’s ads manager.

They also arent graphic designers or copy writers, so they end up using weak creative and AI-generated copy. And it doesn’t convert. They’re usually THRILLED when someone reaches out to help because they’re sick of spending money and getting nothing in return.

Don’t be afraid of cold outreach! Just make sure you have a clear pitch, and be confident in your abilities. ✌🏻
